Privacy policy

When you book a class we collect the information you type into the booking form: your name, email address, phone number, the course you chose and your class date. Payments are processed by the booking system's payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

We use your information to confirm and manage your booking, send class reminders and certification renewal reminders, follow up if you started a booking and did not finish, and respond when you contact us. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Your booking details live in the CPR Syndicate booking system, which runs bookings for this location, and are shared only with the services that run it: the payment provider, the scheduling system for your class date, and the email and SMS providers for the messages described above. Each of those providers has its own privacy policy.

When you press Book, the booking page from booking.cprsyndicate.com opens inside a window on this site. What you type there goes to the booking system, not to this website.

This website does not currently run advertising or analytics tags. If that changes, this policy will say so before it does.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you reminder and marketing messages, at any time. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and replying to any email from us also works.
